Prosser Lakeview Estates

Just north of Truckee off Hwy 89, Prosser is a nice wooded neighborhood with close access to Prosser Reservoir for boating and fishing. Prosser Lakeview Estates and Prosser Lake Acreage are two neighborhoods offering properties zoned for horses. Equestrian trails, hiking and cross country skiing are nearby, as is downtown Truckee. This is another area of Lake Tahoe/Truckee comprised of mostly full time residents. This is an ideal location, hidden away but with close proximity to Reno, Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. Homes range in price between mid $400K and $800K.
